experienced and highly organized Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental portfolio.This role is responsible for ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards, coordinating field operations, leading vendor and housekeeping performance, resolving escalated guest issues, and driving operational excellence across the portfolio.The ideal candidate is a strong leader, exceptional problem-solver, and hospitality-focused operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in creating seamless guest and owner experiences.Key Responsibilities / ObjectivesOperations & Property OversightOversee daily operations across the vacation rental portfolioEnsure all homes meet Blue Gems quality, cleanliness, and maintenance standardsConduct regular property inspections and quality control checksCreate proactive maintenance and property care plansEnsure homes are guest-ready at all timesTeam Leadership & AccountabilityManage schedules and workflows for housekeeping, inspectors, and field operations teamsCoordinate vendor schedules and maintain accountability for service qualityLead by example while driving team productivity and operational excellenceSupport team training, communication, and performance managementGuest Experience & Owner SatisfactionHandle escalated guest issues professionally and efficientlyEnsure operational execution supports five-star guest experiencesWork cross-functionally with Guest Experience teams to resolve urgent matters quicklyMaintain homeowner confidence transportation and valid driver's licenseAbility to work flexible schedules, including weekends as neededNice-to-Have QualificationsExperience in vacation rental or short-term rental managementFamiliarity with Guesty, Hostaway, Breezeway, Lodgify, or similar STR softwareKnowledge of housekeeping systems, inspection processes, and preventive maintenance programsExperience analyzing
