Title: hyperion Essbase DeveloperLocation: RemoteDuration: Full TimeJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Hyperion Essbase Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support Oracle Hyperion Essbase applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Essbase, Hyperion Planning, Calculation Scripts, MaxL, Smart View, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). The candidate will work closely with finance, business stakeholders, and technical teams to develop scalable planning and reporting solutions while ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Oracle Hyperion Essbase applications and cubes.Develop and optimize BSO/ASO cubes, calculation scripts, business rules, and MaxL automation scripts.Build and maintain Hyperion Planning applications, forms, task lists, and workflow.Develop and support Smart View reports, financial reports, and ad hoc analysis.Create and maintain ETL/data load processes using Data Management (FDMEE) or other integration tools.Optimize cube performance through aggregation design, partitioning, and calculation tuning.Develop metadata management solutions and automate deployments across environments.Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.Collaborate with Finance and business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Support budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and planning processes.Participate in system upgrades, migrations, testing, and production deployments.Create technical documentation, design specifications, and support documentation.Ensure compliance with governance, security, and change management processes.
