Our expertise extends into a full-range of industries - from healthcare and manufacturing to education, government, financial institutions, and more.**Job Summary****IKM Building Solutions, Inc.****Job Title:** Plumbing Project Manager - West Allis, WI**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Plumbing Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, budgeting and execution of construction projects. This role is central to the conceptual development, scheduling, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, safety standards, and budget requirements.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**+ Lead and coordinate project activities with Superintendents, Foremen, Journeymen, and Department Managers.+ Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards in line with company and contract requirements.+ Represent the company in project and strategy meetings.+ Manage procurement of supplies, materials, and equipment.+ Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to staff, workers and clients.+ Prepare and present reports on progress, costs and scheduling.+ Collaborate with engineers to produce shop drawings.+ Maintain clear communication with customers and contractors throught the project.+ Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specifications.+ Partner with Superintendents and Safety personnel to develop and enforce project-specific safety plans.+ Develop and monitor project schedules, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.+ Prepare budgets, forecasts and cost-tracking reports.+ Manage subcontractor RFPs, proposals, agreements and schedules.+ Negotiate and approve subcontract scope changes in compliance with contract requirements.+ Oversee divisional Work in Progress (WIP) statistics and present at monthly financial meetings.
