Progress starts with you.Job DescriptionThe Manager, Account Executive (Growth Partnerships) is responsible for owning and scaling ByteDance Partner relationships and driving commercial outcomes across Visa’s product portfolio.This role serves as the central point of accountability for the partner, leading strategy, negotiations, and execution while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver growth.Partner Ownership & StrategyOwn the end-to-end relationship with assigned strategic partnersDevelop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned to revenue, volume, and product goalsIdentify and prioritize growth opportunities across payments, partnerships, and new business modelsAct as the single point of coordination across Visa teams and the partner organizationCommercial Leadership & NegotiationLead complex commercial negotiations (e.g., pricing, cost of acceptance, incentives, contracts)Structure and close non-traditional and strategic partnership dealsBalance client outcomes with Visa economics and long-term strategic positioningManage executive alignment and escalationsAccount Management & Portfolio OptimizationManage day to activities with the client and lead operational initiatives to support the clientMonitor partner performance across payment volume, revenue, and adoption metricsIdentify and execute optimization levers (pricing, routing, product mix, new use cases)Partner with data/analytics teams to derive insights and inform growth strategyDrive expansion into new markets, products, and segmentsThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD6–10+ years in partnerships, sales, strategy, or account managementExperience managing large, complex enterprise or platform partnersDemonstrated success in negotiating and closing strategic dealsStrong commercial acumen (pricing, deal structuring, P&L impact)Ability to navigate highly matrixed organizations and influence without authorityExcellent communication and executive presenceAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience working cross-functionally with product, legal, and finance teamsU.S. Applicants OnlyThe estimated salary range for this position is $134,600.00 to $ 215,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
