Assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and supervise food service staff.Education/Qualification:Must possess a High School Diploma, or equivalent and must possess a Food Handler level II or similar food safety certification per state specific requirement.Must also be:1. A certified food service manager; or2. Have similar national certification for food service management and safety from a national certifying body; or3. Have an associate's or higher degree in food service management or in hospitality, if the course study includes food service or restaurant management, from an accredited institution of higher learning; or4. 2 years of experience as the Food Service Director in a skilled nursing facility; and5. In States that have established standards for food service managers or food service managers, meets State requirements for food service managers or food service managers.Shift & Wage:Full-Time Opportunity AvailableShifts Needed: Typically Monday - FridaySome Nights and Weekends may be needed*Program details can vary amongst buildings.
