Locals within 60 miles are accepted. The shift is from 08:00 to 17:00. Mileage is reimbursed from the first patient of the day to the last patient of the day. All home care clinicians and contractors must use their personal vehicles. They are expected to have a reliable vehicle in good standing with all licensure and insurance requirements. Nurses may be asked to float to cover another zip code as needed based on staffing requirements. The service area includes multiple counties. Patient populations include adults and geriatrics. Responsibilities include admission assessments, case management, medication administration, and wound care. Experience with central line management and wound vac is preferred. Visit types correlate to a point system. Daily minimums are set to ensure adequate patient coverage. Contractors may be assigned to a group of zip codes depending on staffing needs.
