Role Overview:Responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping materials, reagents, instruments, and finished goodsEnsures accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and smooth warehouse operationsReports to Shipping & Logistics Manager (on-site in El Dorado Hills, CA)Key Responsibilities:Pull and stage domestic & international customer orders accuratelyPackage and ship orders safely and on timeReceive and properly store incoming materialsMaintain real-time inventory records using ERP/WMS systemsFollow FIFO and inventory control practicesMonitor inventory and report discrepancies or damagesSupport daily warehouse and distribution operationsFollow safety, quality, and compliance standardsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent1+ year experience in warehouse/logistics/shippingStrong attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills (ERP/inventory systems preferred)Ability to work on-site and follow schedules
