Our operations combine strong warehouse execution with modern systems and tools that allow us to move fast while maintaining accuracy.The RoleWe're hiring a Warehouse Manager, Receiving & Inventory to own the inbound side of our warehouse operations.This role ensures product arrives accurately, gets received cleanly, moves into the building efficiently, and stays organized in a way that supports the rest of the business. You'll lead the receiving lane while partnering closely with fulfillment, production, and account teams to ensure inventory is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run inbound warehouse operations while building the systems, processes, and operational clarity that allow the operation to scale. You should be comfortable working inside warehouse management systems and using modern tools, including AI, to improve workflows, reduce manual work, and strengthen inventory accuracy.What You'll DoReceiving & Inbound OperationsOwn the day-to-day receiving process for inbound shipments from vendors, printers, and manufacturersVerify counts, SKUs, packaging, and condition of incoming product before it is accepted into inventoryOversee staging, labeling, and putaway to keep inbound product moving efficientlyIdentify shortages, damages, or discrepancies and coordinate resolution quicklyMaintain a clean, organized receiving dock and staging areaInventory Accuracy & ControlEnsure inventory is received accurately in ShipHero and internal systemsOversee putaway standards, inventory organization, and location accuracySupport cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy investigationsIdentify root causes of inventory issues and implement process improvementsTeam LeadershipManage, train, and develop receiving and inventory-focused warehouse staffSet daily priorities and monitor productivity and accuracySupport hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the receiving laneCoordinate labor needs with fulfillment and warehouse leadershipSystems, Automation & Operational ToolsServe as the operational owner for inbound inventory workflows in ShipHero, ensuring products are received correctly and available to fulfillment quicklyUse Monday.com to track inbound shipments, operational tasks, and cross-team coordinationWork with warehouse leadership to improve automation, workflows, and system integrations that reduce manual work and operational bottlenecksIdentify opportunities to improve inventory visibility, inbound forecasting, and warehouse task managementMaintain clean and reliable inventory data so fulfillment, production, and account teams have accurate visibility.Troubleshoot operational tools and coordinate with internal tech resources when issues ariseCross-Team CoordinationCommunicate inbound shipment timing and inventory readiness to fulfillment and production teamsPartner with account managers when incoming inventory affects launches, releases, or client ordersMaintain and improve SOPs for receiving, inventory handling, and warehouse workflowsWhat You BringRequired3+ years of warehouse, receiving, logistics, or inventory operations experienceExperience supervising or leading warehouse teamsStrong attention to detail and operational organizationExperience working inside warehouse management systems (WMS) and related operational softwareStrong computer fluency and ability to learn new operational tools quicklyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentClear communication and problem-solving skillsPreferredExperience with ShipHero or similar warehouse management systems (WMS)Experience using operational tools such as Monday.com or similar workflow systemsComfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar to improve workflows, documentation, or operational processesExperience in e-commerce, fulfillment, or high-SKU environmentsExperience managing inbound inventory and receiving operationsForklift or warehouse equipment experienceWhy El FamosoWork with artists and brands that shape cultureJoin a fast-growing company building modern commerce infrastructureHelp shape warehouse systems and operational processes as the business scalesWork with a collaborative team that values ownership, initiative, and executionLocationAustin, TX (On-Site)Pay: $50,000-$60,000 - Salary
