Embedded Microcontroller Engineer

Eligibility Bachelor's Degree in Computer / Electrical Engineering or Computer Science Experience 2 - 5 Years Location Wichita, Kansas Job Description We work with many different fields in the IoT industry. You will be working on multiple projects throughout the year in a fast-paced environment. You will be using your software development skills on a day-to-day basis and also using your understanding of electrical engineering when needed. We will be developing various new and innovative projects as a team. Required Skills Experience with 8-bit and 32-bit microcontrollers Experience with software compilers and debugging tools Experience developing software using embedded frameworks and SDKs Experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) Critical thinking and strong problem solving skills Ability to prioritize projects according to deadlines and communicate with coworkers and clients Strong initiative as well as strong communication skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Responsibilities on the Job Design and develop firmware / software for new embedded products Familiar with C programming language Designing new algorithms Collaborate with our electrical engineers regarding hardware Test and debug firmware and software Work with and communicate with clients Provide detailed documentation for clientele and coworkers
