Ensure system readiness to meet client service level agreements (SLAs). Diagnose production issues and develop effective solutions to maintain system uptime. Collaborate with engineering teams by gathering debugging information to aid in solution development. Upgrade and maintain systems to comply with evolving requirements. Develop and implement moderately complex programs, including coding, testing, and documentation.What You'll Need 3+ years of application development and programming experience with .NET C#. Expertise in .NET Core, ASP Webforms, C# coding, REST API, MVC, WCF, and IIS configurations. Proficiency with databases like Oracle and SQL Server. Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
