You will be instrumental in shaping our next generation of products, leading a high-performing team while actively contributing to the code base.If you have a passion for building scalable SaaS solutions on AWS and are excited by the potential of AI, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesLead with Impact: Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and ownership.Build & Architect: Stay hands-on with the design and development of our secure, scalable, and reliable SaaS platform using modern technologies like Python, Node.js, React graphql, typescript.Drive Excellence: Champion engineering best practices, conduct regular code reviews, and ensure a high standard of quality across the entire development lifecycle.Own CI/CD & DevOps: Take a leading role in maintaining and improving our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless and efficient deployments on AWS.Innovate with AI: Work on exciting projects at the intersection of software engineering and AI, with a focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions. QualificationsYou have 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.You are an expert in SaaS and cloud-native development, with deep, hands-on experience using AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).You have a strong command of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.You are proficient in our core stack: Python, Node.js, React, and TypeScript.Experience in AI, machine learning, or computer vision is a significant plus.Experience with healthcare standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7) is a plus.
