Santcore Technology is looking for project manager in Mclean VA.Typically has 8-10 years related experience.Lead / Review Risk Management activities pertaining to assigned pillar/ process (aka act as 'Tower Lead').Independently lead/perform review of Full Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSAs) for assigned and other towers as neededIndependently lead/perform all Issue Management related activities for assigned and other towers as neededIndependently lead and support other tower related Risk Management activities including, but not limited to, Risk Assessments, Effective Challenges, Process improvements.Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to enhance partnership and relationshipIdentify process improvements that result in more efficient and/or effective resource utilizationParticipate and provide feedback on team member performanceManage the portfolio of work assigned to the tower by delegating/ distributing workloadCollege Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred.
