Leymon Research proactively supports the professional growth and success of team members.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations for a growing research and consulting firm. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, independent, coachable, and comfortable managing a wide range of administrative and operational tasks.This role is designed with a core focus on administrative operations, but responsibilities can be expanded or tailored based on your skills and interests. For example, team members may take on work in areas like data support, communications, project coordination, or marketing depending on fit.We prefer part-time for this role but are open to structuring this as full-time for the right candidate. We are building a team with complementary strengths rather than rigid roles. As we are currently hiring for multiple roles, final responsibilities will be considered across hires to build a strong, complementary team.Some on-site work will be required in Medford, OR. The ability to easily commute to offices in Medford is highly desired. Essential QualificationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities Ability to coordinate logistics across multiple partners, and anticipate needsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong written communication skills Ability to take clear, structured notes in fast-paced environments Comfort with occasional travel Some college or relevant experienceSkills and experience that would also be helpful:Exceptional people skills, especially the ability to quickly build rapport with stakeholders and other project partners.Good judgment of organizational culture, interpersonal relationships, and personality types.Professional and accessible writing skills.Strong computer skills including the ability to use advanced features in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for improved efficiency and polished work.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, specifically when working with data.Familiarity with research and/ or government environments Interest in data, communications, or project coordinationDiplomatic and tactful communicationExperience with bookkeeping or invoicing
