We succeed by fulfilling our promise to bring The Science of Sure to life through product quality, clinical differentiation, customer relationships and our team's talent and engagement.The regional manager manages all sales activities in a geographic region for Hologic's surgical technologies by performing the following duties personally or through leading, motivating and supporting sales representatives and sales activities.Regional Manager Role:Direct staffing, training, coaching, performance evaluations, and career development planning for sales representativesDevelop and achieves accurate forecasts quarterlyAssist sales specialists where appropriate in the direct sale of the Hologic's product linesWork with marketing department to promote customer laboratory demandDevelop district business plans and strategiesRepresent company at trade association meetings to promote productMonitor expenditures of region to confirm to budgetary requirementsThe ideal candidate would have:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This is based on a base salary and commission plan combination. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, territory/geography, education, business needs, market demand and performance versus quota.
