Surgical Tech Location: Concord, NC Agency: Jackson HealthPros Pay: $1,636 to $1,836 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/8/2026 About the Position Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team. Minimum Requirements: Certified Surgical Technologist from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or equivalent. BLS certification required. Minimum of 5 years of surgical technologist experience. Neuro spine experience required. Experience scrubbing in spine and advanced spine surgery cases is mandatory. Experience with trauma, ortho trauma, ortho total joints, cardiovascular (hearts, MI vascular), robotics, general, HPB, bariatrics, urology, ENT, ophthalmic, pain, and plastics cases preferred. Familiarity with sterile technique and large-volume operating room environments. Experience with EPIC or comparable EMR preferred. First-time travelers will not be accepted. Weekend coverage rotation approximately every 4th weekend; weekend shifts commonly 7a-7p or call 7a-7p/7p-7a. Holiday Expectations: Travelers will work 75% of holidays.
