We have a compelling 12-month contract for a Radiology Physician to join our team. With a day shift schedule (6:45a 5pm) and preferred onsite coverage, this position offers a chance to make a positive impact in a solo site environment with remote collaboration support. Work Details: Support staff: Collaborate with experienced Radiology Techs. Coverage needs: Full-time commitment with an average of 120 reads per day. Patient population: Serve both Pediatric and Adult patients. Department focus: General diagnostic radiology, including mammography and low-volume interventional mammography. The spectrum includes Plain films, Ultrasound, CT (General and Neuro), MRI (Neuro), and some Nuc Med. Mammo procedures: Perform Needle Localization, Stereotactic biopsies, Breast Ultrasound biopsies, Breast MRI biopsies, and Fine Needle Localization. Onsite requirement: Must be onsite to ensure comprehensive patient care. Technology in use: Utilize EPIC, PACS Merge and Phillips VUE, Voice Recognition System - Powerscribe, and advanced equipment from GE and Siemens. Special procedures: Engage in Neuro MRI, NM General, including musculoskeletal cases. Skills required: Possess Trauma Level 3/4 expertise. Practice Setting: Join a dynamic hospital setting for a fulfilling locum tenens experience.
