Senior Observability (Splunk) Engineer

Description:We are seeking a Senior Observability Engineer with strong expertise in AppDynamics, Splunk, OpenTelemetry, AWS, and DevOps practices. This role will focus on building, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise observability platforms to provide full-stack visibility across cloud-native and infrastructure environments.Key Responsibilities:Administer and optimize AppDynamics, Splunk, and OpenTelemetry platformsImplement MELT-based observability solutions across AWS services (EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, SNS/SQS)Build dashboards, alerts, and reporting for actionable monitoring insightsIntegrate observability into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins, and ArgoCDAutomate operational tasks using Python, Bash, or JavaScriptSupport incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysisMaintain documentation, onboarding guides, and operational standardsRequired Qualifications:5 7+ years in Observability, SRE, Monitoring, or Platform EngineeringHands-on experience with AppDynamics, Splunk, and OpenTelemetryStrong AWS and Kubernetes observability experienceExperience with CI/CD, GitOps, and automation scriptingStrong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
