In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and building Agentic AI systems that revolutionize how Coinbase operates. Your work will focus on reimagining customer support and compliance processes by developing intelligent agents, orchestration frameworks, and measurement systems that deliver scalable, delightful customer experiences. You will own the technical direction for production AI systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn innovative ideas into reality.
