Norwegian Payroll Implementation Consultant – remote EU WIDEWe're recruiting on behalf of a global payroll technology business that is expanding its implementation capability across Europe. This is a remote role open to candidates based anywhere in Europe.They are looking for an experienced Payroll IMPLEMENTATION Consultant with strong, hands-on knowledge of Norwegian payroll — including local tax, legislation, and compliance requirements. You'll be joining the team as a functional lead on implementations of their cloud-based payroll platform, working directly with clients through the full project lifecycle.What the role involves:You'll act as the client-facing functional lead from kick-off through to go-live. That means leading requirements workshops, capturing payroll configuration detail, identifying deviations from standard product processes, validating the solution through testing cycles, coordinating defect resolution, and supporting UAT and parallel testing.
