Software Engineer

Hiring: Node.js Lead We are looking for an experienced Node.js Lead with strong hands-on development and technical leadership expertise to join a high-performing enterprise team. This role requires someone who can lead engineers, design scalable backend solutions, and drive the development of modern microservices-based applications in a cloud environment. Important Candidate Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js development • Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers • Expertise in designing and developing scalable backend applications • Strong experience with REST APIs and Microservices Architecture • Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable) • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • TypeScript experience preferred • Experience working in Enterprise Application Development environments • Agile/Scrum experience preferred Location: Irving, TX (On-site) Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension) Work Authorization: USC and GC Only Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Node.js applications • Mentor and guide development teams while ensuring best coding practices • Design and implement RESTful APIs and Microservices-based solutions • Collaborate with architects, product owners, DevOps, and business stakeholders • Drive application performance, scalability, reliability, and security improvements • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making • Work with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP • Support Agile delivery processes and sprint-based development Key Qualifications • 8–10+ years of overall IT experience • Strong hands-on Node.js development expertise • Proven experience leading engineering teams • Strong understanding of REST APIs and Microservices Architecture • Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms • TypeScript experience is a plus • Experience building enterprise-scale applications • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Important Note • This is a 100% onsite role in Irving, TX • No remote or hybrid options available • Candidates willing to relocate must be able to join onsite within 2 weeks of selection Interested?
