Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you'll make an impact in this roleLead the clinical patient flow by preparing patients for examinations and assisting providers with outpatient procedures to ensure a seamless, high-quality visit.Coordinate the continuum of care by managing referrals, follow-ups, and specialty communication to bridge the gap between the clinic and outside providers.Support patient health literacy by translating complex physician orders into clear, actionable education plans that empower patients to manage their health at home.Streamline treatment implementation by accurately executing clinical orders and documenting patient progress to maintain an airtight record of their long-term care journey.What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:* BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
