HC-Resource is looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager to supervise daily back-of-house restaurant operations.$45k-$50k + Bonus paid every 28 days! + Insurance paid for!!Charlotte, NCBrand New Location in Concord MillsResponsibilitiesManage kitchen staff and coordinate food ordersSupervise food prep and cookingCheck food plating and temperatureEstablish portion sizesSchedule kitchen staff shiftsPrice menu items in collaboration with the Restaurant ManagerOrder food supplies and kitchen equipment as neededTrain kitchen staff on prep work and food plating techniquesStore food products in compliance with safety practices (e.g., in refrigerators)Keep weekly and monthly cost reportsMaintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen areaSkillsProven work experience as a Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager or Head ChefHands-on experience with planning menus and ordering ingredientsKnowledge of a wide range of recipesFamiliarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulationsExcellent organizational skillsConflict management abilitiesAbility to manage a team in a fast-paced work environmentFlexibility to work during evenings and weekends.
