All candidate assessments and hiring decisions are made by our recruitment and leadership teams.What's In It for YouWhat’s in it for you?$22.25/hr base pay $5,000 sign-on bonusFull benefits package from day one401K Match Up To 6%Rotating 2-2-3 night shift 445 pm to 515 amWhat You'll DoAs a Relief Operator, you’llProvide relief coverage for production operators across multiple departments, including Cultures Packaging, Fermentation, Wet Blending, Liquid Receiving, Spray Dryers, Powder Packaging, and Wet PackagingSupport and relieve Production Team Leads as neededTrain production operators in new and existing practices; assist with onboarding and development of new joinersFloat between positions and roles when not assigned to scheduled relief coverageOperate and monitor production equipment following established procedures and setpoints to achieve QC‑approved products with optimal yields and lowest costsUse computer systems including iFIX operator interface, Intelex, SAP, and Excel to track production data, historical trends, recipes, cycles, and chemical usageWash and clean equipment per sanitation manuals; follow GMP and food safety programsOperate forklifts and aerial lifts; may become certified as a forklift trainerAssist other production operators as neededDemonstrate leadership in safety by observing, enforcing, and promoting safe work practicesWhat You'll Need To SucceedHigh school diploma or GED requiredNo experience Ability to walk and stand regularly; climb stairs and laddersFrequent reaching, bending/stooping, crouching, squatting, pushing/pulling, and manual manipulationFrequently lift product up to 50 pounds; minimal lifting over 50 poundsExperience in food manufacturing is preferredKerry is an equal opportunity employer.
