This role is built for someone who wants to run their own book inside a platform with the capital, the programs, and the institutional-caliber operational backbone already in place. If you've been originating somewhere with a slow back office, weak capital, or a narrow product shelf that costs you deals, this is a different setup.ResponsibilitiesA pipeline you run end-to-end, from first conversation to funded loanOutbound to investors, brokers, and referral partners as your primary growth engineDeal screening and structuring conversations across our full product shelfThe borrower relationship, including the second, third, and fourth deal that followA standard of communication and responsiveness that sets ALMI apart in the marketQualificationsPrior experience originating private/hard money loans, mortgages, or selling into the real estate investor channel is a plus, but not required. We'll invest in training the right person.
