In this role, you will support the administration of our global equity programs and help ensure they operate accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work with colleagues across Payroll, Legal, HR, Finance, and external partners to improve processes and deliver a strong employee experience. This position is well suited to someone who is organized, thorough, and enjoys working across teams and time zones. You will contribute to the daily operation and ongoing improvement of NVIDIA's stock programs in a global public company environment.What You'll Be DoingEquity OperationsCoordinate equity processes for globally mobile employees to support compliance and reporting requirementsSupport RSU vesting activities, including coordination with Payroll and Finance teamsHelp lead regulatory filings for global equity programs across multiple jurisdictionsSupport equity transactions and dividend activities where applicableAssist Payroll teams with equity reporting and reconciliation activitiesEmployee Education and CommunicationDevelop and maintain clear, accessible resources that help employees understand their equity compensationMaintain and update content on the Stock Administration intranet siteSupport communication initiatives that promote clarity and confidence in equity programsCompliance and CollaborationPartner with Legal, Payroll, Finance, and HR teams to support regulatory complianceRespond to auditor requests and internal inquiries in a timely and professional mannerAssist employees with stock plan questions, providing clear and thoughtful guidanceMaintain accurate records and documentation to support audit readinessWhat We Need to SeeBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience supporting stock plans, including exposure to international programsKnowledge of equity compensation and international mobility taxation conceptsStrong organization, analysis, and communication skillsAbility to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointCEP certification or progress toward certification is a plusWays to Stand Out from the CrowdExperience with the Charles Schwab EquiView platformExposure to equity programs in Israel, China, or VietnamExperience improving stock administration processes through automation or data toolsWidely considered to be one of the technology world's most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
