This role ensures accurate and timely processing of stock plan activities and involves direct interaction with executives and Board members.Key Responsibilities:Administer global equity incentive and ESPP plansCollaborate with accounting, tax, payroll, and legal teamsEnsure compliance with U.S. and international reporting requirementsManage Insider Trading Policy, trading windows, and 10b5-1 programsProcess RSU/PSU grants and releasesHandle SEC filings (Forms 3, 4, 5) and DWAC reportsLiaise with brokerage firms and transfer agentsPartner with Payroll on taxation and reconciliationsSupport Finance with stock-based compensation accounting and auditsRespond to employee inquiries and provide trainingQualifications:7+ years of stock administration experience with a publicly traded companyExperience with performance-based grants and international stock plansStrong Excel skills (vLookup, macros) and analytical abilitiesExcellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detailKnowledge of stock-based compensation accounting is a plusLocation:San Jose, CA or Kirkland, WACompensation & Benefits:Salary: $120,000 - $170,000 (based on experience and location)Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), ESPP, PTO, bonusesThis is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow in stock administration.
