Our product portfolio includes GovCare, PerSoN, EMA, NIfETy, and QUIT4GOODLIFE, and we're expanding our US commercial footprint.We're hiring a mid-career business developer who can also run things — someone who will own our growth motion and bring operational discipline to how we scale. You'll work directly with the founder.What you'll do — Business Development (primary)Own the full sales cycle for commercial accounts: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, closeBuild and manage a disciplined pipeline with weekly forecast reporting to leadershipLead responses to government and non-profit RFPs and RFIs, coordinating technical and compliance inputsCultivate partnerships with channel partners, systems integrators, and research institutionsRepresent TDI at industry events and client meetings across the DMV and beyondFeed market insights back to product and services leadershipWhat you'll do — Operations (supporting)Coordinate across US leadership and our distributed engineering teams to keep delivery on trackSupport hiring, vendor management, and internal toolingMaintain SOPs aligned with our SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR commitmentsTurn founder intent into plans, owners, and deadlinesWhat we're looking for4–6 years of experience with a clear track record of closing deals and driving revenueSome operational or cross-functional ownership in a prior roleStrong communicator, polished in front of enterprise and public-sector buyersProcess-minded; builds structure where there isn't any yetAuthorized to work in the US; able to work onsite in North Bethesda, MDBonus points forSelling technology or SaaS into government, healthcare, research, or non-profit sectorsFamiliarity with RFP processes or compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR)Experience coordinating with offshore engineering teamsWhat we offerCompetitive base + commission · 401(k) · direct line to the founder · clear growth path into Head of Revenue or GM of a product line.Interested?
