Client Focus – Deliver On Our PromiseYou will manage cost planning including ownership of and presenting cost plans to clients and internal stakeholders. You will manage the procurement process, ensuring stages including prequalification, enquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparation are performed effectively. You will support the delivery of cost management services to deliver key strategic outcomes and KPIs, directly influencing strategic development of plans. Create Opportunity For Our People To ExcelYou will manage teams, demonstrating effective leadership to ensure excellence in delivery against plans, championing a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities. You will actively network, innovate, and seek understanding of best practice, utilising the full depth of knowledge of Mace Group, the Centres of Excellence, Mace Way Control Centre and Knowledge Hub. You will manage other Cost Consultants to identify and execute opportunities that improve cost management procedures, templates and products to enhance services provided to stakeholders. You'll Be Responsible For Leading complex business analysis initiatives, identifying and documenting business requirements, processes, and systems to drive organizational efficiency and strategic decision-making. Conducting thorough data analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, presenting insights to senior management to inform business strategy. Developing and maintaining detailed business models, process maps, and workflow diagrams to illustrate current and future state operations, facilitating process improvements and change management. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure alignment between business needs and technological capabilities. Creating comprehensive business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects or initiatives, supporting senior leadership in prioritizing investments and resource allocation. Mentoring junior business analysts, providing guidance on best practices, methodologies, and tools while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.You’ll Need To HaveMinimum of OSHA 30 training required Experience with FTA projects in the North Eastern corridor within the United States Proven experience in reporting, data analysis, and presentation development. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Suite, MS Project, Primavera P6 Scheduling Software). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders.
