You will work on site, close to mission partners and decision-makers, helping ensure complex projects move forward with clarity, coordination, and accountability. This role exists to bring structure, visibility, and alignment to high-impact infrastructure efforts where schedules, documentation, and stakeholder coordination directly affect mission success.This role is for someone who enjoys connecting people, plans, and processes, takes ownership of complex work, and wants to see their contributions clearly tied to real operational outcomes.What You Will DoElicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for critical fuel infrastructure projectsAnalyze current processes and workflows to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvementDevelop and maintain project documentation including requirements, process maps, schedules, SOPs, and briefing materialsTrack project milestones, schedules, risks, and deliverables to support successful executionPrepare dashboards, status reports, and presentations for leadership and governance forumsAct as a liaison between project managers, engineers, government clients, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communicationSupport posture and infrastructure portfolio briefings for USTRANSCOM, Joint Staff, and Office of the Secretary of Defense governance boardsContribute to ad hoc analyses and mission-driven project support as neededWhat We Are Looking ForRequired:5 or more years of experience in business analysis, infrastructure support, project delivery, or a related roleBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experienceExperience gathering and documenting requirements for complex, multi-stakeholder projectsStrong experience with process documentation, workflow analysis, and process improvementExperience tracking schedules, risks, and deliverables across infrastructure or capital projectsProficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and VisioAbility to work independently, collaborate across organizations, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholdersPMP, CAPM, or Certified Business Analysis Professional certificationNice to Have (Not Required):Experience supporting DoD infrastructure, MILCON, posture, or basing effortsFamiliarity with PPBE or government financial planning processesExperience supporting USTRANSCOM, DLA, or other DoD organizationsClearance and EligibilityActive DoD Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI is required for this trusted, mission-facing roleRestricted to U.S. persons as defined under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)LocationOn site at Scott Air Force Base, IllinoisApproximately 10% CONUS travelAt D&G Solutions, people come first; our teammates, customers, and the communities we serve.We are one of the fastest growing companies in the Washington, DC area and proud to be recognized nationally as a Best Place to Work.
