Founding Solutions Engineer - Lance

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and ship full‑stack features for AI agents that automate hotel front‑desk, housekeeping, and revenue‑management workflows. Implement robust, scalable back‑end services using Python, Node.js, and AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3). Build responsive front‑end interfaces with React, integrating real‑time data visualizations and operator controls. Collaborate with data science and product teams to embed Machine Learning models into production pipelines. Set up CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS), and monitoring to ensure high availability and performance. Requirements 3+ years of professional experience building full‑stack web applications in a fast‑moving startup environment. Proficiency in Python and Node.js, with strong knowledge of RESTful API design and GraphQL. Hands‑on experience with React, modern front‑end tooling, and responsive UI development.
