Job Details Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,570 – $1,650 Location: Mayfield Heights, OH 44124 — Cleveland / Northeast Ohio travel nursing job Setting: Critical Care ICU (ICU RN / Critical Care RN / Travel ICU Nurse) Contract Duration: 13 weeks Start Date: April 27, 2026 Shift: Night shift, 3 x 12-hour shifts (7:00pm – 7:30am) — Night Shift Travel Nurse Employment Type: Travel Job Requirements Minimum 18 months recent, permanent Critical Care / ICU experience prior to travel assignments (ICU RN / Critical Care RN experience required) Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or an active compact state license (Ohio nursing jobs, travel nursing) Active AHA BLS & ACLS certifications NIHSS certification required Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (maximum 2 attempts) One supervisory reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in ICU specialty required COVID-19 and seasonal Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered) Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the ICU, monitoring and responding to complex critical care needs Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists) to develop and implement individualized care plans Administer medications, manage IVs and central lines, and perform critical care procedures according to facility protocols Monitor hemodynamics, interpret telemetry/ECG rhythms, and respond to patient changes and code situations Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner Participate in orientation and ongoing training, including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate competency assessments Maintain compliance with facility policies, regulatory standards, and infection control practices Preferred Skills Experience with ventilator management, vasoactive drips, and advanced cardiac life support in an ICU setting Previous travel nursing assignments or contract experience in critical care Apply now to join our team as a Travel ICU Nurse in Mayfield Heights, OH.
