Technical Program Manager

Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, product, security, data, and mission-facing teams. Impact Keep complex technical work moving with clarity and accountability. Create delivery rhythms that work for fast prototypes and production systems. Reduce ambiguity across priorities, dependencies, risks, and decisions. What you'll do Manage plans, dependencies, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate technical delivery across multiple teams and workstreams. Create lightweight operating mechanisms that improve execution. Surface blockers early and help teams make crisp decisions. What we're looking for 5+ years of technical program, engineering program, product operations, or delivery experience. Experience managing software, cloud, data, AI, or security programs. Strong writing, facilitation, and risk management skills. U.S. Citizenship is required. Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Top Secret security clearance. Comfort working with ambiguous mission, data, and engineering problems. Strong written communication and ability to explain technical decisions to technical and non-technical teams. Preferred experience AWS experience is a plus, especially secure cloud, GovCloud, serverless, data, or AI services. AI, machine learning, LLM, agentic workflow, or decision intelligence experience is a plus. Experience in defense, government, manufacturing, aerospace, logistics, or other mission-critical environments is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
