Remote, U.S.We are seeking aPart‑time Telehealth Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LPC)to join FOLX Behavioral Health Services. We innovate to create joyful, affirming healthcare and build community access.CultureReliability – we show up for our members and one another.Transparency – we share our goals and progress.Access – we invest in tools and training to help you reach goals.Agency – we trust our team to get the job done.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual therapy through synchronous video sessions to adults with a wide range of mental health conditions.Collaborate with therapists and clinicians to support comprehensive treatment as part of the FOLX clinical team.Perform initial and ongoing assessments; develop and implement therapeutic interventions and adjust plans using self‑assessments and goal‑progress measures.Use between‑session messaging to support patients and communicate with the team via EMR in accordance with policy.Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and clinical meetings.Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation.Assist in designing, coordinating, and delivering therapy services/programs for diverse patient and community populations.Comply with federal and state therapy regulations and maintain required state licenses.Perform other duties as required.QualificationsMaster’s degree or higher in psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited program.Active state license(s) (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, PhD, PsyD) ready to practice upon hire.2+ years of therapy experience.Clinical experience serving the trans and queer community.Dedication to FOLX mission and Informed Consent Model of Care rooted in empowerment, transparency, and collaboration.Clear, compassionate communication with a diverse patient and coworker base; fluency in additional languages is a plus.Strong organizational and time‑management skills for timely chart completion in a remote setting.Self‑motivation, independence, and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and new apps.Experience working with diverse groups across race, ethnicity, economic status, and education.Benefits As a part‑time W‑2 employee, you will receive biweekly pay and eligibility for simplified tax withholding, a 401(k) plan, malpractice insurance coverage, a learning budget, and wellness & community reimbursements.Rate $75 per visit (45‑min visits plus admin time).Equal‑Opportunity Employer We are an equal‑opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected status.
