Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for Licensed Therapists based in Richmond, VA, with opportunities for remote work. As a licensed therapist with MySpectrum, you will provide counseling and coaching services, develop individualized treatment plans, and support clients on a wide variety of issues, including mental health, substance use, and personal well-being. You will work with diverse populations, ensure confidential and ethical practices, and contribute positively to a team-oriented environment. Qualifications Hold a current and valid license as a therapist in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Texas (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)Demonstrated experience in therapeutic approaches to mental health challenges, substance use, or counseling for diverse populationsStrong interpersonal, communication, and active listening abilitiesProficiency in creating tailored treatment plans and providing supportive interventionsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team and autonomously in remote settingsExperience with telehealth platforms and technology is a plusCommitment to fostering an inclusive environment and reducing mental health stigma
