About the Company:At Syncredible Solutions, we believe in the transformative power of technology. we specialize in Digital transformation services, Enterprise solutions, Power BI Analytics solutions and staffing services.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager – Data to drive enterprise data initiatives and delivering high-impact data programs.Position Summary:The Technical Program Manager – Data will lead the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise data programs across multiple cross-functional teams. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, program management, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking to successfully deliver complex data and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience managing enterprise-scale data platforms, cloud data modernization projects, and cross-functional technical teams within highly regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or life sciences.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data and analytics programs.Develop program roadmaps, execution plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.Coordinate multiple technical workstreams including Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, AI/ML, and Data Governance.Partner with business stakeholders to translate business objectives into executable technical programs.Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies across multiple projects.Drive Agile delivery practices and facilitate Scrum ceremonies where applicable.Monitor program KPIs, milestones, budgets, and overall delivery health.Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and Business Leaders.Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and governance standards.Present executive-level program updates, dashboards, and status reports to senior leadership.Establish communication plans and governance forums across business and technology teams.Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, program governance, and execution excellence.Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners where applicable.Required Qualifications:10+ years of overall IT experience.5+ years of experience managing large-scale Data, Analytics, or Cloud transformation programs.Proven experience delivering enterprise data platform initiatives.Strong understanding of modern data architecture and data engineering concepts.Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certifications.Equal Opportunity Statement:Syncredible Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
