Key duties include generating accurate cost estimates, collaborating with design, purchasing, and suppliers to optimize costs, verifying reasonableness of cost targets, leading cost discussion events, and supporting cost-related research themes. The role requires a strong technical background in materials, manufacturing processes, and cost drivers, with proficiency in CATIA, Excel, and PowerPoint. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, at least 8 years of experience in product development and team leadership, automotive industry knowledge preferred. The position is onsite with some flexibility for remote work.
