The CFO will be a key strategic business partner, driving exceptional financial performance across all healthcare facilities and services in the region. This leadership role requires a minimum of 10 years' experience in a finance function, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position within the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading profitable financial operations for a multi-site, multi-service line, and sophisticated healthcare enterprise. Strong knowledge and skills in financial operations, budgeting, strategic financial and capital planning, revenue cycle, and IT systems are essential.The ideal CFO will also possess a strong understanding of leadership, strategic management, change management, and excellent communication skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders. Experience in financial planning and operations that align with population health goals and community wellness initiatives is highly valued. The role demands a leader who can influence and generate consensus, and who is committed to the stewardship of resources in a manner that supports the mission of enhancing community health. The CFO will be instrumental in the continued growth and success of the South Region, both organically and through strategic partnerships.Travel Percent
