We specialize in innovative skincare and body treatments, designed to rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit in a serene setting.Job Description:We are looking for a versatile Licensed Esthetician who is not only skilled in skincare but also capable of managing front desk responsibilities, including sales and customer service. This dual role is perfect for a proactive professional who excels in client interaction and aims to grow in both esthetics and spa management.Responsibilities:Conduct personalized skin consultations and perform skincare treatments using Circadia products. and sothys productsManage front desk operations, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling transactions in register.Drive the sale of spa services and skincare products, with a focus on achieving sales targets.Maintain exemplary standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk.Answer phone calls, manage bookings, and provide clear, friendly communication to enhance client relationships.Uphold the spa's operational standards and contribute to a smooth, efficient workflow.Qualifications:Valid esthetician license in Texas.Experience in retail sales and proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Proficiently use Circadia skin care line for treatments and care menu .Strong organizational and phone skills, with previous experience at a spa front desk.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends and some evenings.Previous Experience in Spa front desk sales associate and wellness coordinator is a plusBasic Computer Skills, POS ) , Phone SystemCompensation:Hourly base pay plus Tiered Straight Commission: on service sales & products sales , incentivizing high performance and exceptional client service.What We Offer:A competitive compensation package that includes an hourly wage plus commission.Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the spa.A dynamic and supportive team environment.How to Apply ?Join us for a walk-in interview at All Is Well Holistic Spa.
