Are you a seasoned estimator who's ready to step into a leadership role, not just closing great estimates yourself, but building the quality and capability of an entire estimating team?We're looking for a Senior Xactimate Estimator who will set the standard for excellence across our remote estimating operation and help develop the next generation of skilled restoration estimators.About The RoleThis is a senior-level position with a dual focus: you'll continue to work on complex restoration estimates yourself, while serving as the lead trainer and quality reviewer for our remote estimating team.You'll own the standard of what great looks like at RN, and you'll coach, develop, and peer review the work of estimators across our portfolio of fire, water, and property damage projects.Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 yearly
