This growth has created a need for an additional resource to support the day-to-day product management activities across these categories.To this end, we are seeking a highly energetic, well-organized professional to support our product managers. This position will report directly to the Sr. Sourcing and Procurement Manager and offers ample opportunity for growth not only in our product team functions, but within the organization.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProduct ManagementPerform basic product management activities including, but not limited to, product specification management, product standard and certification documentation, new product set up, competitive product research, and general product documentation controlWorks in conjunction with multiple departments including sales, marketing, operations, and quality assurance within the defined product categories to execute category objectivesProvide administrative support to the Product Managers as neededBasic knowledge of subject matter across each product categoryBasic knowledge of product standard requirements in each product categoryProvides support in education and training on HexArmor’s BTN product categoriesProvides support with research – product, market, competitors, price positioning, etc.Executes sample requests and scheduling shipments to domestic and international partnersSeeks opportunities to refine and improve processesQUALIFICATIONS REQUIREDStrong communication skillsDesire to provide high level of customer service both to internal and external customersStrong organizational skills and attention to detailEfficient in the use of Microsoft office applicationsKnowledge and experience in Adobe Creative Suite are a plus0-2 years relevant work experience0-10% travel to domestic customers and international partner factoriesAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyDesire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a part of a high-performance teamEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma, associate or bachelor’s degree preferredProduct customization experience preferred, but not requiredHexArmor is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
