With long-term career development, our company is a place where hard work is recognized, ideas are valued, and people come first.DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?This is a full-time production position working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.As our Manufacturing Technician, you'll assemble hydraulic hose components in accordance with established guidelines, operate tools and equipment safely, conduct inspections and document findings, maintain inventory records, and keep your workspace clean and organized. You'll work closely with your team to meet production schedules, identify and address product issues, follow quality and safety standards, and participate in ongoing training to ensure consistent, high-quality output.To do this, we're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:18+ years oldHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong time management and multitasking skillsEffective communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to use and read tape measures and digital calipersAbility to use equipment such as saws, crimpers, and forkliftsWillingness to learn and follow standard practicesAbility to read and interpret technical work instructions and documentsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. safelyBasic math and computer skillsAbility to type 25+ wpmPrior industrial or manufacturing experience and forklift certification are preferred but not required; we provide training.READY TO APPLY?If you're ready to join a dependable manufacturing team, apply today!
