Client & Sales Manager

We’re hiring a Client & Sales Manager at Fix It People (Chicago).This is a revenue-focused, client-facing role that owns the front end of our business: managing inbound opportunities, developing scopes & quotes, and helping drive new growth when capacity allows.It’s not a scripted sales position and not just an estimating role. We’re looking for someone with judgment, initiative, and the ability to communicate clearly about scope, pricing, and timelines.If you have experience in home services, construction, or relationship-driven sales and want to take ownership of revenue generation in a growing company, we’d love to connect.
