Internal Medicine Residency Program We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to join our faculty team within a respected Internal Medicine Residency Program near Aroma Park, IL. This role combines direct patient care with teaching, mentoring, and curriculum development, making it ideal for physicians passionate about education and advancing the future of medicine. Key Responsibilities: Provide outpatient primary care and manage a patient panel over time Supervise and mentor residents in the ambulatory clinic Teach medical students, residents, and fellows in both clinical and didactic settings Support resident exam preparation (ABIM/AOBIM) and ACGME core competencies Contribute to curriculum design, conferences, and case presentations Participate in scholarly activity, quality improvement, and program administration Qualifications: Board Certification in Internal Medicine Experience in medical education (students, residents, or fellows) Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Background in scholarly activity and curriculum development preferred Why Join Us:This is an opportunity to shape the next generation of physicians while practicing in a supportive, community-based outpatient setting.
