The Customer Service team provides support to the Front Desk and Executive Assistant with projects, binding proposals, answering calls, and taking inventory of supplies. Additional job duties include processing and issuing certificates for clients, resolving client inquiries, or connecting them to the correct source, and a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations within the office. This fast-paced position requires the ability to multi-task, communicate effectively (both orally and in writing), and work as a team. This entry level position provides the foundation for a career in the insurance industry and multiple career paths. Job Details:Position Title: Customer Service Representative Position Type: Full-time; NonexemptPosition Location: Burnsville, MNStarting Pay: $21.00/hourEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and actively work toward agency goals and strategiesUnderstand and actively round accounts by offering additional agency servicesProvide support to the Commercial Lines Department.Daily Certificate processing.Process renewal templates, certificates, and auto ID cards.Daily pulling of documents from carrier sitesBackup Support for CSRs, Front Desk and Executive Administrative Assistant to include:Provide backup support to the Front Desk.Process mail.Copy, binding and scanning projects.Provide support to the Surety Department Kraus-Anderson internal communication.Kraus-Anderson Construction Certificate processing as requestedComplete additional projects as developed and assigned by your supervisor or management.Qualifications:Ability to multi-taskExcellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Intermediate Windows, MS Office and Adobe skills.Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support.Why KA?We offer a challenging, rewarding, and supportive environment where employees are positioned to make a positive impact on our business, our communities, and their own future.
