In this role, you will be instrumental in evaluating and refining AI-generated code to ensure efficiency, scalability, and reliability. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing AI-driven coding solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet industry performance benchmarks. You will build intelligent agents capable of verifying code quality and identifying error patterns, supporting the software engineering lifecycle from prototyping and architecture design to deployment and operational maintenance. Candidates should have at least two years of continuous, full-time experience at a top-tier product company such as Google, Stripe, Amazon, Apple, Meta, Netflix, Microsoft, Datadog, Dropbox, Shopify, PayPal, or IBM Research. Deep expertise in building full-stack applications and deploying scalable, production-grade software using modern languages and tools is essential. A strong understanding of software architecture, design, development, debugging, and code review processes is required. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are necessary for providing clear and structured evaluation rationales. The role demands a flexible engagement of at least 10 hours per week, up to 40 hours, with partial PST overlap. Candidates must be based in the US, Canada, or WEU countries such as the UK, Netherlands, Italy, or Germany. This is a contractor role with no medical or paid leave, lasting initially for one month with potential extensions based on performance and fit.
