Application Technician

JOIN THE 3P PROCESSING TEAM!APPLICATION TECHNICIAN *Starting Pay: $17.00/hour + based on experience* Are you *detail-oriented, dependable, and good with your hands?* We’re looking for Application Technicians to join our production team! WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Mask and prepare aerospace parts for processing and painting * Apply tape, paper, plugs, and liquid masking * Read and follow work orders, drawings, and instructions * Unmask and prepare completed parts * Handle customer parts carefully and maintain high quality standards * Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: * Strong attention to detail * Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity * Dependable and ready to work * Ability to learn quickly and follow detailed instructions * Previous masking, manufacturing, or blueprint experience is a plus — *but not required!* *No aerospace experience?
