Experience in Asphalt /Concrete or Construction industry preferredUnderstand company products and servicesBe a goal oriented self-starter.Work occasional nights, weekends, holidays and/or overtime.Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time and work in and out of doors during all weather conditions.Must be able to travelMust have strong PC skillsMust possess strong written, interpersonal communication and presentation skillsAll applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.Pre-employment checks include drug testing and review of candidates DMV records.Ability to solicit new business (hunter mentality)Ability to garner new business and manage long term, strategic relationships (account management)Drivers License with a good driving recordAbility to kneel, stoop, crouch, balanceSelf-Sufficient, self-motivated and the ability to work in a somewhat autonomous fashionAccount Management experience a plus.Experienced in estimating and project management a plus, but not required.
