We are looking for a Tech Lead Python GenAI Developer to anchor the backend engineering stream for next-generation GenAI products. This role is central to shaping architecture and delivery for LLM-driven assistants, enterprise knowledge platforms, document intelligence solutions, and conversational AI systems. You will lead design, development, integration, and optimisation of GenAI services across multiple business units.Responsibilities:Provide technical leadership for Python-based GenAI servicesDesign backend architecture for LLM products including routing, retrieval, memory and evaluation flowsBuild and optimise Python microservices exposing GenAI capabilities (FastAPI, Pydantic)Drive RAG pipeline design using LangChain and LangGraphDefine ingestion, chunking and embedding workflows for enterprise knowledge systemsIntegrate vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate)Establish standards for prompt lifecycle management, token strategy, and model selectionCollaborate with frontend and platform teams to ensure smooth API consumptionLead evaluation cycles, latency reduction, and production-readiness measuresPromote best practices in code quality, observability, DevOps, and cloud deploymentRequirements:6+ years of Python engineering experience with strong backend foundationsProven commercial experience building GenAI or LLM-centric systemsHands-on expertise with FastAPI, Pydantic, LangChain, LangGraphStrong understanding of embeddings, similarity search, and vector databasesExperience running GenAI workloads in production environmentsAbility to lead engineers, make architectural decisions, and coordinate deliveryEnglish at B2+ level for daily collaborationNice to have:Knowledge of LangSmith, TruLens, or other evaluation frameworksExperience with Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or HuggingFace HubBackground in conversational orchestration or tool-calling architecturesAbility to coach prompt engineers and data engineersBenefits:Solid, competitive salaryWork in multinational environment on international projectsComprehensive healthcareLong-term B2B contract with stable project pipelineFully remote model
