With a strong focus on teamwork, accountability, and growth, we pride ourselves on maintaining efficient operations and accurate financial management to support our expanding projects and client base.What You'll Be DoingAs an Accounting Assistant, you will support the day-to-day functions of the accounting department while playing a key role in job costing and project financial tracking. Your responsibilities will include:Entering and maintaining financial data in Ramp with accurate codingAssisting with accounts payable, including invoice entry, vendor setup, and paymentsSupporting accounts receivable through invoicing, payment application, and collections follow-upProcessing and reconciling employee expenses and company card transactionsTracking and allocating expenses to jobs and cost codesMaintaining job cost records and supporting documentationCoordinating with operations teams via AccuLynx to verify job detailsPerforming bank and credit card reconciliationsOrganizing digital and physical financial recordsAssisting with month-end close tasks and basic journal entriesProviding general administrative support to the accounting teamWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual who thrives in a structured, task-driven environment.
