Job DescriptionProject Manager – Customer SuccessJob SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of customer projects from contract handoff through completion. This role owns project performance across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction while coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. The Project Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy, proactively managing risks and driving resolution to ensure successful delivery of utility-scale and commercial energy projects.Key Job ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end execution of utility-scale and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and customer expectationsDevelop and maintain comprehensive project management plans, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and communication plansServe as the primary point of contact for customers, leading regular project meetings and status reviewsCoordinate cross-functional internal teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Commissioning, and Field OperationsProactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues; implement mitigation and recovery plans as neededManage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and critical path activitiesMonitor and control project budgets, costs, invoicing, and financial performanceLead change management activities, including preparation, review, and approval of change ordersEnsure accurate and timely project documentation, reporting, and data integrity within project management systemsSupport contract administration activities, including reconciliation of contracts, purchase orders, and sales ordersCoordinate site activities including training, Golden Rows, commissioning, and site visitsDrive continuous improvement of project execution processes and best practicesMentor and provide guidance to Project Associates and Associate Project Managers as neededPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in project management within construction, energy, infrastructure, or related industriesBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldPMP certification in ProgressDemonstrated experience managing projects through full lifecycle executionStrong understanding of project management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality managementProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in the solar, renewable energy, or broader energy industryPrior experience managing utility-scale or large commercial construction projectsFamiliarity with contract administration and change management processesBilingual in English and SpanishStrong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, customer-focused approachMicrosoft Project or similar scheduling toolsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)SalesforceSAPTravelAt least 25%Open to Remote CandidatesAt Array Tech, Inc., we strive to lead with our culture, and believe that our people are a key enabler of our future state.
